Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days before being dropped off with USPS or UPS. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays caused by them.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Your package is considered delivered once it is scanned as delivered by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you at that point.
Please note that USPS and UPS do not consider melted candy to be a valid damage claim, and we do not offer refunds for items damaged by heat. If you are ordering during warmer months or live in a hot climate, we strongly recommend adding an ice pack to your order at checkout, ensuring someone is available to bring the package inside when it is delivered, or considering delivery to a workplace or using USPS hold for pickup. Ice packs can help reduce the risk of melting during transit, but they do not guarantee your items will arrive unaffected by heat.
Please verify your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, you will need to pay for reshipping. We cannot change an address after the order has shipped.
Orders can be canceled before they ship but are subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent or for any other reason we deem necessary.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at candycityofficial@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos or video evidence so we can assist you properly.
